Below, you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about QLÏR.
What types of handlebars are compatible with QLÏR?
QLÏR can be installed on straight handlebars and curved handlebars with an angle of up to 40°. The internal diameter of the handlebar tube must be between 16 and 22 mm. We are currently developing an adapter for drop handlebars and butterfly handlebars.
What colour is QLÏR?
QLÏR is available in black, as shown in the photos throughout our website.
Do I need an app to use QLÏR?
No! We designed QLÏR to be as easy to use as possible. No app is required: simply press the buttons on the mirrors to activate the turn signals. There is not even an ON/OFF button to switch on beforehand 😉
How long is the QLÏR warranty?
QLÏR comes with a 24-month warranty. Each component can also be replaced separately. For more information, contact us at contact@visaia.bike
Is the mirror large enough?
To provide a clear comparison, each QLÏR mirror has a surface area of [27 or 29 cm² – to be confirmed]. Small bicycle mirrors available on the market typically have a surface area of around 8 cm², while larger models can reach 45 cm² or more. QLÏR therefore offers a well-balanced, medium-sized format. As QLÏR mirrors are used in pairs, their combined reflective surface is twice as large.
Their curved surface also provides a wider field of view, although it may require a short adjustment period. The mirrors therefore give you a clear view of what is happening behind you.
